REVX is partnering with a leading signage company in Raleigh, NC to fill an immediate opening for an effective Account Manager, Signage. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record of developing new accounts and maintaining a high-level of customer retention.
The Account Manager, Signage helps build strategic relationships through a consultative, problem-solving approach. You must be knowledgeable of the construction process, able to engage architects, contractors and corporate managers to understand their business needs, identify new opportunities for expansion, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for ongoing support.
The Account Manager is supported by an in-house team of project-managers, designers and fabrication capabilities to deliver the highest quality architectural signage solutions.
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is focused on retaining customers and expanding profitable B2B relationships throughout the sales territory. As a consultative solution provider, you will be skilled at investigating and proposing effective signage solutions that help meet customer goals. You will also be required to maintain accurate records in CRM systems for management reporting, and maintain knowledge of materials, processes and related industry technologies.
