We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our team at HirePerfect. The Clinical Trial Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' clinical trials by overseeing all aspects of the trial's management process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all clinical trial activities and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the trial.
- Develop and manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the selection and management of clinical trial sites and vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to protocols, regulations, and guidelines.
- Work closely with the cross-functional study team to develop and execute clinical trial protocols, including study design, data collection, and analysis plans.
- Monitor the progress of clinical trials, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to keep the trial on track.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of clinical trials and any critical issues that may impact timelines or budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical research processes, regulations, and guidelines.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in managing multiple complex clinical trials simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with electronic data management systems and clinical trial software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
